Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Sentinel Crypto Alarms ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Account Creation & Usage

Sentinel does not require account registration to use core features. If account functionality is introduced in the future, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your account with third parties
• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

2. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Sentinel may offer premium features through paid subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store subscription settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to premium features until then
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policies
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice; existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes apply to their renewal

3. Limitation of Liability

Sentinel Crypto Alarms is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The App provides informational price alerts only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice
• Price data is sourced from third-party exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit, KuCoin) and may be delayed, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable due to network conditions, exchange outages, or other factors beyond our control
• You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions — Sentinel shall not be held liable for any financial losses arising from the use of or reliance on the App
• We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered at a specific time or at all, as delivery depends on device settings, network connectivity, and third-party services
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

4. Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Additionally:

• Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the App permanently deletes all your alert configurations, watchlists, and preferences
• If account functionality is introduced, you will have the right to request full deletion of your account and any associated data by contacting us
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for users who violate these terms, with or without prior notice
• Upon termination, any active subscriptions will be cancelled and no further charges will apply beyond the current billing period

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or on this page.
