For a data or deletion request, include the account id shown in Settings › Privacy. It is the fastest way for us to find your account, and the only way if you never connected an email or Google account.

Your account

Changing phones

Until you connect an email or a Google account, your alerts live on this phone only. Connect one before you change devices, and everything you have already set up comes with you. You can add an email and password, or sign in with Google, at any point from Settings or the dashboard.

Deleting your account

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. If you never connected one, copy your account id from Settings › Privacy before you uninstall: the app is the only place it is shown. What deletion removes, and what to do before you delete, is in section 11 of the privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions

Does alarm mode work when my phone is locked?

Yes. The alarm takes the whole screen over the lock screen and holds a wake lock, so the display comes on and the sound plays even if the phone has been asleep for hours. It rings through silent mode.

Which exchanges are supported?

Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit and KuCoin: over 5,000 trading pairs across more than 1,200 coins. You can filter to one exchange, and each row shows the venue its pair trades on. Solana is separate and has no such list: you can alert on any SPL token at all, by name or mint address, so a token that launched this morning is reachable the moment it has a pool.

Can I set a price alert on a specific token?

Yes, and the alert is set on that token specifically rather than on a watchlist. If the token trades on Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit or KuCoin, search it by ticker or name and pick the pair you want. If it is a Solana token, search it by name or paste its mint address, which is the reliable way, because a ticker is unverified text anyone can reuse, while a mint address identifies exactly one token. Either way you set a target price or a percentage move, on one side or both, and choose whether it fires once or keeps watching.

Can I set alerts on Solana tokens and memecoins?

Yes. There is no shortlist: search any SPL token by name, or paste its mint address. Search results show each token’s price with its liquidity and holders. A pasted mint address opens a card with the price, the liquidity, holders and 24-hour volume where the app has them, the pool the backend found and a Solscan link. Tokens with no discovered pool are shown but cannot be armed, because an alert on one could never fire. Jupiter’s own verification is shown where it exists, labelled as Jupiter’s; the app issues no safety rating of its own.

Do I need an account?

No. The app opens on the dashboard and you can arm your first alert without giving us an email address. Your alerts still run on our servers, which is what lets them fire while the app is closed, but the session is held on your phone rather than behind a login. Until you connect an account, those alerts live on that one phone. Add an email and password, or sign in with Google, at any point from Settings or the dashboard: it attaches credentials to the session you already have, so nothing is migrated and nothing is lost.

Is this a trading bot?

No. The app monitors prices and tells you about them. It never places a trade, never connects to your exchange account, and never asks for an API key of any kind.

What happens if I have Do Not Disturb on?

Standard notifications are silenced by Android, as they should be. The full-screen alarm is posted as an alarm and plays on the alarm volume, so it is built to get through when your Do Not Disturb settings allow alarms.

Is there an iPhone version?

Not yet. The iOS build exists but cannot be submitted until Sign in with Apple is wired up, which App Review requires of any app offering a third-party sign-in. Android is live on Google Play today.

What languages does the app support?

English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Filipino, Vietnamese and Thai. It follows your phone’s language by default, and you can override it in Settings. Push notification text is still English only, because it is composed on our server rather than in the app.

Is there a dark mode?

Yes. The dark theme is a design of its own rather than the light one inverted: a near-black ground with every glass surface lit from inside. Settings offers System, Light and Dark, and System follows the phone, including a change made while the app is open.

What data does the app collect?

An account (your email address, or the one Google returns), the alerts you create, a push token for your device, and analytics about how the app is used, which includes session recordings of in-app screens, with the sign-in and sign-up screens masked. The full list, the companies involved and how to delete all of it are in the privacy policy at getcryptoalert.com/privacy-policy/.
