No single crypto price alert app is best for everyone; it depends on how you need to be told. To be woken, pick an app with a real alarm. For a phone call or SMS, Cryptocurrency Alerting is the one here that does it. For Solana tokens that no exchange lists, you need an app that takes a mint address. How to choose
- How it reaches you when it matters. A notification you sleep through is fine for a level you will check in the morning. For one you need to act on at night, look for an alarm that works on silent and through Do Not Disturb, or a phone call.
- Whether it watches your exact pair. BTC/USDT on Binance and BTC/USD on Coinbase rarely trade at exactly the same price. An alert on the pair you actually use fires on the price you see.
- Where the alert is checked. Apps that watch prices on a server can fire with the app closed; apps that watch on the phone depend on the phone keeping them awake.
- What happens after it fires. Once and off, or repeating, and how often. A level that is crossed again and again can turn into dozens of notifications without a cooldown.
- Tokens no exchange lists. If you hold Solana tokens straight from a DEX, check that the app takes a mint address.
What about exchange and tracker apps?
Exchange apps and price trackers such as Binance, Coinbase and CoinGecko also offer price alerts for the coins they cover, delivered as ordinary notifications. If a notification you might sleep through is enough, they may be all you need, and there is nothing extra to install.

Which crypto alert app rings on silent?
Per their own listings, Crypto Alerts & Alarms, Alarm Crypto and Crypto Alarm ring through silent mode on Android, and Crypto Alerts: Coin Price App says its alarm plays through Do Not Disturb. Coin Guardian describes a 5-minute siren and Boilr alarms that ring until you turn them off; neither listing mentions silent mode.
Which crypto alert app can call my phone?
Of the apps here, Cryptocurrency Alerting. Its website says SMS alerts in the US and Canada are currently blocked by phone carriers, while phone calls are not affected.
Can I get price alerts for Solana memecoins?
Memecoins listed on exchanges, such as BONK on Binance, work like any other exchange pair. Crypto Alerts & Alarms can also follow any Solana token by mint address, including ones no exchange lists, once the token has a pool on a supported DEX with enough liquidity. See BONK price alerts.
